    at boat tours didn't take long at all. Our room was on the 3rd floor on the corner with a view of the ocean and overlooking the pool grounds. The room itself is very spacious and nicely decorated. The bathroom was a nice size and fit our needs, seriously if you're in your room while you're vacationing in Kauai, something isn't right. The hotel grounds were well maintained and the pools, I think they had 4 were always clean, and even if it seemed crowded there was plenty of seats & adequate swimming room. We had the breakfast buffet every morning of our stay and it held us over until dinner time, it was a great buffet each morning and we had great seats outside. The employees here, treated us so warmly & I felt like they appreciated us staying there. My only issue is that the parking lot does get full if you come in late at night from an excursion or sight seeing and after walking around all day that walk back to your room can be long! I would totally stay here again and highly recommend this hotel. Close

    hes, so it worked out extremely well for us. My only suggestion for a better experience is that they should improve the in-room Internet. You pay daily for high speed Internet if you want it in your room, but the connection is horrible and not worth it. The wi fi in the lobby works well for email, but we wanted it to FaceTime with our daughter back home, so the lobby was a little loud for what we were doing. Overall, amazing value, great for families and we'll be staying there again for sure! Close

    the staff was very helpful. The beaches were very pretty, however the water was too rough for my little kids to swim in. The 3 pools, sand pool and water slide seemed to make up for that! There was a reef protected area where the kids could get in to can catch small fish. Between the gym, hot tubs, gift shop, restaurants, bar and concierge, the resort seemed to offer everything we could possibly want or need. I did think the parking fee per day was pretty expensive, since we had to walk pretty far from our car to the hotel. Overall, we had a great stay, and would highly recommend this resort to families.
