Naupaka Terrace Restaurant – Kauai Inspired Cuisine.

Overlooking the sand and surf of Kauai, Naupuka Terrace is a delightful dining adventure where delicious island inspired cuisine, enchanting scenery and casual Hawaiian ambiance blend in harmony. Inspired by Hawaii’s indigenous naupaka flower, our plantation-style restaurant features creative Hawaiian and Pan Pacific cuisine, Asian inspired dishes, fresh island catch, aged beef, salads, pastas and delightful desserts artfully prepared by our chefs. Relax on the peaceful outdoor terrace overlooking torch-lit waterfalls, fishponds, and gorgeous views of the ocean and sparkling pools. Aloha Kakahiaka! Start your day with a hearty all-you-can-eat buffet or à la carte menu of breakfast favorites, light starts, house specialties and an omelet station.

In the evening, enjoy a delectable dinner of culinary creations from the land and sea. Relax and enjoy island-inspired specialties, hand-cut premium Midwestern aged beef, local seafood and creative pasta dishes. Our dinner menu features flavorful steak and seafood entrées and local delights, such as Garlic Herb Steak, Sizzling Kalbi Ribs, Bamboo Steamed Salmon and Seafood Linguini. Chef’s homemade bread and handmade ice cream brings a sense of home to your Kauai dining experience.

On Saturday evenings from 6 to 9pm, the Naupaka Terrace Restaurant offers a fabulous Prime Rib & Seafood Buffet along with a special à la carte dinner menu. Enjoy tantalizing cuisine as live music serenades you nightly from adjacent Shutters Lounge. On Sunday mornings, experience our popular Sunday Brunch – available from 8:30am to 12pm.

Naupaka Terrace is also a fantastic venue for groups, celebrations and special events – from birthday parties to luncheon events to wedding rehearsal dinners.  The adjacent Plumeria Room offers an ideal function space for semi-private dining. Aloha Auinala! Join us poolside and beachside at the Driftwood Bar & Grille! Take a break from the sun and enjoy a relaxing day under an island-style thatched hut enhanced by cooling trade winds, a 75 ft. water slide and sand bottom pool overlooking the beautiful Kauai beach and coastline.

Hungry? Enjoy a fun menu of light fare selections, appetizers, and tropical drinks. Stop by poolside for a grilled chicken sandwich, surfer boy burger, fish & chips, quesadillas, salads, pupus, and a kid’s menu. Join us daily for televised sports events on 2 flat screen TVs, “Pau Hana” or Happy Hour specials serving tempting tropical drinks, and live music entertainment during Saturday Happy Hour. Unwind at Shutters Lounge, a laid-back open-air lounge serving a light dinner menu with a great wine selection, specialty drinks, classic cocktails, and tasty appetizers, along with televised sports on 4 flat screen TVs and live music nightly on Sunday through Thursday evenings from 7 to 10pm, and Friday and Saturday evenings from 7 to 11pm.
